Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Level Up Roofing website (leveluproofing.io) or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.
Services
Level Up Roofing (operated by Premier Lead Gen LLC) provides done-for-you Meta advertising management, lead generation, landing page creation, and related marketing services for roofing companies. All services are provided on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
No Guarantee of Results
Marketing and advertising results vary by market, ad spend, business operations, follow-up systems, and many other factors outside our control. Nothing on this website — including statistics, reviews, testimonials, or any other content — constitutes a guarantee, warranty, or promise of specific results beyond the 30-day guarantee expressly stated on this site. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
30-Day Guarantee
If you do not land a job attributable to our campaigns within your first 30 days of active service, your next month of leads is provided at no charge. This guarantee applies to ad management fees only and does not cover third-party ad spend paid directly to Meta. Eligibility requires an active, funded ad account and timely follow-up on delivered leads.
Ad Spend & Third-Party Platforms
Ad spend is paid directly to Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and is separate from Level Up Roofing's management fee. We are not responsible for changes to Meta's advertising platform, algorithm updates, policy changes, account restrictions, or any other platform-side events that may affect campaign performance. We will work to adapt to platform changes as quickly as possible.
Payment Terms
Our management fee is billed monthly. Services continue on a month-to-month basis. You may cancel at any time by providing written notice. Fees already paid are non-refundable except as covered under our 30-Day Guarantee above. Unpaid invoices may result in pausing or termination of services.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including copy, design, graphics, ad creatives, and training materials — is the property of Premier Lead Gen LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Level Up Roofing and Premier Lead Gen LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website, including loss of revenue, loss of business, or loss of data.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Denver County, Colorado.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
